More about external graphics card detected install drivers find hardware
  1. Do you mean 'Dedicated' graphics card and not an external one ?
Remove the card and using the built in graphics, enter the bios and set the Graphics card to initialize first to PEG/PCIE. Set Secure boot to off/disabled, and set CSM or Compatibility Support Module to on.
    Save settings & power off.
Install the 750Ti and boot back up

go to device manager, right click on display adapter to scan for hardware changes. Did it recognize the card? If not you may have to check, if you have a friend with a computer, to see if it powers up in his rig. If not then the card is doa.
