I currently own both an i7 4790K and an FX 8320 OC'd to the 9590's clock. So, considering how the i7 7700K has only 16 PCIe lanes and how I own an R9 280X and 2 HD 7970s (which I'll upgrade to dual RX490 (or whatever) soon) I'd like to know if it'll be worth switching to AMD Ryzen if they keep the current situation with their PCIe lanes (40).
