PC randomly shut down and won't turn back on. Can turn back on when I put my old GPU back in.

Hey all. This is my first question here so if I do anything wrong please tell me!

Around mid-November 2016, I purchased an MSI GTX 970 GPU, as my 750 ti just wasn't cutting it. I put it in, and it ran like a charm. Now, 2 months after installing it, whilst I was playing Overwatch, my PC turns off randomly and doesn't turn back on. I remove the GTX 970 and put my old 750 ti back in, and the pc works like normal again. Is this a possible power supply issue as I am only using a 450 watt. Specs are listed down below.

CPU: AMD FX 6350
RAM: 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 (@803MHz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P
GPU: [Then: GTX 970] [Now: GTX 750 ti]

Thanks!

I don't have any friends near me with a PC that will be capable of running it - any other suggestions?
