Hi! I was wondering is this a good deal?

https://www.voelkner.de/products/947599/HP-Midi-Tower-PC-Pavilion-560-p069ng-Intel-Core-i5-i5-6400-4-x-2.7-GHz-8-GB.html

All the specs seems good for my usage! I will use After Effects and Photoshop, and I will make music using FL Studio. I will do gaming too. I will playing on 1920x1080 resolution games like GTA 5, Call Of Duty, Battlefield and Rocket League!

My only concern was the reference RX 480 card. I heard that the card is pretty loud and has a high power consumption. Is this true?

Yes, I know that but I have heard that the stock cooler isn't very good. With the 3rd party cooler the temps will stay lower and it will be quieter.

The newer Intel stock coolers are pretty decent, actually. Those EVGA BQ psu's are not very good quality, nor do I trust kingston SSD's.

Build in Euros.

Pretty sure skylake and kaby lake use the same coolers. There really isn't much difference between the two processors. The 7500 is available, now, but costs more. I was trying to keep close to price of that prebuild.

No, that PSU has 2x6+2 pins. Those cables are designed to work with cards that have 6 or 8 pin. They look like this.
