Can't tell which drive I boot from

Hi, I recently put an ssd in my gaming rig, formatted my hdd, cloned it to the ssd, and now am looking to make the ssd my boot drive, I'm my boot options there is:UEFI hard drive, and UEFI hard drive:WDC and a bunch of numbers, I know the one with all of the numbers is my hdd, but if I elect the other one, my c drive is still the hdd.... plz help!

After the cloning operation, the first thing you should have done is:
Power Off
Disconnect the old HDD
Power up with only the SSD connected.
