How do I remove buzzing in Audacity

Starting out, I have a decent mic, but whenever I record with audacity, I can hear a buzz in the background, its not that loud, but you can still hear it... Ive gone on skype, and my friends say they cant hear anything, Bandicam when I record, I dont hear the buzz, as far as I know, it only does it with Audacity, the noise reduction option doesnt work, it will take some of it out, but you can still hear it.

Well I can sorta hear it with Bandi, but for example when I go to the properties, select listen, I can hear the buzz, its not like a deep buzz, but its sorta like im blowing into it, I know its not background noise because I can completely cover the mic and it doesnt make a difference

But the problem with that, is my voice gets quieter, and im already speaking pretty loud into the mic, and I can still hear light buzzing when its like at 50... You dont want to have a game louder than the voice

Don't know much about your specific use case. Quality of equipment could be a factor. Interference from other electrical equipment could be a factor (this wouldn't surprise me). If you dismiss recording volume as the cause then it would be a case of trying to find other possible causes and eliminating those or minimising their effect upon your recording.
