ditch the aftermarket cooler and get an i5. as a step up to i5 would be warinted opposed to trying to overclock a i3

thou i do stand by my statement as the i5 gives a HELL of a lot more bang for the buck.
of course if you are not gaming 1050 seems to say you are maybe a i3 will do.
