I changed sys config to normal Startup

and now my OS doesn't load at all It try's but then my computer just flickers and restarts, I can press F10 (Bios) and that is about the extent of what I can do I don't even get the option to start in safe mode F8 doesn't work. I have even tried my recovery software that came with my computer to no avail.

HP 2000 Notebook PC
Processor Intel Pentium CPU B980 2.4 ghz
6gb memory
bios version f 2.6
bios vendor Insyde
factory installed OS Win 8 64 which I upgraded to 10 with the free upgrade option.
please let me know of any other sys info you may need.
 
Solution
The recovery disks should have fully wiped the system and set it to like it was new, nothing you changed in the system config options could have stuck around through that. Is that what you did, a full system wipe with the recovery disks? If that is the case, the issue is caused by something else, maybe a dead motherboard.
