Fan or Fans every few second with go up and down in speed

I have a Asus Z170-A Motherboard and a Corsair H100i v2.
Anyone know how to fix the issue when your just idling the fan speed ever so often with go up and down?

your fan sound like they are doing there job. cheek in the programs for your mobo//gpu see if there is a heating to fan speed setting .. I have mine set on a curve so if it starts getting hot it will kick up. my mobo just had a program to do this not sure if there is an after market version
