Would a 430W PSU be enough?

I'm afraid that my PSU won't stay in my Case, as I have a hard time fitting it in my Case. However I have a 430W PSU lying around that I could use if I need to. Would it be enough compared to my 650W PSU?

If everything is stock... sure... but if you have a power hungry GPU it may not be..

Total Wattage is 241W. I didn't know if something would go wrong..I kinda get paranoid with this stuff. It's the GTX 1050 Ti, I'm pretty sure it only takes 75W.

Well ,it depends if your 430w psu has 80+ certification ,and even then ,if i was you i would buy a higer wattage one because of usage of the 430w psu(higer usage -higer heat output).

If that 430W PSU has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 17 Amps or greater it should be sufficient.

You're very unlikely to touch 200w even with those components.
A decent 430w PSU is more than enough.
What model is it exactly ??

Dell doesn't make power supplies. It's most likely a 350W PSU made by Bestec or Delta or LiteOn. The Delta model should have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 28 Amps. The Bestec or LiteOn models should have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 25 Amps.

It shouldn't have any problem powering your system configuration.
