what temp should i stop overclocking too my liking at? like turn it down if reaches a certain temp or higher what temp would that be? i will be overclocking because im bottlenecked by the fx 4350 Q.Q

I don't see how OC'ing is going to help if you are CPU bottlenecked. But Nvidia states that 94C is max temp for that GPU: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1060/
