Whenever a review for a CPU cooler says that it is hard to mount. Just assume it is inexperience. They are designed for each sockets they are listed to support. so it won't be a problem.

Be careful when mounting it as it is made to be almost perfectly symmetrical. I believe the two tiny notches go at the top but I'm not too sure. Make sure to check well.
