Help with a computer failure.

My PC keeps failing when im playing The Witcher 3 On high settings with these specs. I have had about 4 computer failures (With my power led flashing white) but i cannot figure out what component is giving out. My GPU and my Power Supply are really hot afterwards. Any ideas?

Are you overclocking at all? Your temperatures appear kind of on the high end, and I also noticed that if your RAM is running at a constant speed of 799 MHz, that seems off. Try entering your BIOS and resetting everything to defaults and removing any OC you may have on the graphics card.
