I would like to share my ideas and feeling for this project 1st
this project is my very 1st build that i've been dreaming since high school

1st I wont overclock or SLI/CROSSFIRE
2nd I'm looking forward for future upgrades
3rd My budget is not that Much hoping to get decent items with

whats currently on my list .. and hoping to be modified by experienced builders

Mobo: Asus Maximus VIII HERO
I picked this mobo so i can have the chance to SLI/CROSSFIRE in the future upgrade

Suggested mobo:

GPU: MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 3GB Gddr5 192Bit VS MSI RX 480 Gaming X 4GB Gddr5
NOT REALLY SURE ABOUT THIS

Suggested GPU:

Processor: Intel Core i5-6400 2.70-3.30GHz Skylake
Since Im not planning to overclock for now I picked this one
But im planning to buy a unlocked skylake i7 in the future

Suggested Processor:

Memory: GSkill Ripjaws V 16GB Dual DDR4 2400 CL15
I picked only 2 stick with 8gb each so i can upgrade to 4 sticks in the future

Suggested Memory:

SDD: Galax Gamer 120GB SSD
I just picked it for no reason lol

Suggested SSD:

HDD: 1tb Seagate Barracuda
already on hand

PSU: Seasonic G-650 650Watts 80Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
I picked gold since im planing to use my Unit 24/7

Suggested PSU:

Cooling System: ID Cooling Frostflow 240L Liquid Cooling
I Picked this one for the reason of affordability at the same time quality

Suggested Cooling System:

Case: Tecware Titan USB3.0 Mid Tower Black
i liked the psu shroud

Suggested Case:

and thats it advance thank you to everyone that will share their ideas

Solution
First off, you don't need AIO water cooler with i5-6400. i5-6400 comes with Intel's stock cooler and it will be enough to cool your CPU. Go with AIO water cooler once you get yourself K-series CPU.

For SSD, go with SH Hynix SL308 instead. Reason why: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-ssds,3891-2.html
pcpp: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/MZJkcf/sk-hynix-sl308-250gb-25-solid-state-drive-hfs250g32tnd-n1a2a
120GB SSD at today's standards isn't enough so go with 250GB SSD instead.

Other than that, build looks good.

Oh, about MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 3G, i have it in my Skylake build (full specs in my sig) and i have to say, it's very quiet due to the Zero Frozr feature and it also runs very cool due to the Torx 2.0 fans.
Zero Frozr...

Zero Frozr is a feature where the GPU fans won't turn until GPU reaches 60 degrees Celsius, thus keeping your PC silent during light gaming and web browsing.
During heavy benchmarking, the highest temp that i've seen out of my GPU is 64 degrees Celsius.

Comparison between RX 480 and GTX 1060 3GB: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-480-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1060-3GB/3634vs3646
Since both cards perform the same, pick the one you like most.
Oh, for dual-GPU setup, go for RX 480 since it supports 2-way Crossfire. None of the GTX 1060 GPUs support SLI though.

For the SSD this is the only available ssd on the store near me
https://dynaquestpc.com/product-category/components/harddisk-harddrive-storage-hdd-ssd-portable/harddisk-harddrive-storage-hdd-ssd-solid-state/page/2/

for GPU then ill go with GTX 1060 since i only use 1 monitor

For the cooler i dont need to buy any cooler for this build ?

For ₱4750, you can get Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD that is even better performer than SK Hynix SL308,
link: https://dynaquestpc.com/product/samsung-850-evo-250gb/

Multi-GPU setup isn't mainly for multi-monitor setups but it does help. For example, you can connect up to 4 monitors to a single GPU (MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 3G) if you like. Multi-GPU setup is mostly used in video/ 3D rendering builds where huge amounts of GPU processing power is needed.

You don't need to buy CPU cooler since i5-6400 already comes with Intel's stock cooler.

But multi gpu will cost more power

Thank you so much learned a lot today lol

the expected price really went down without the liquid cooling hehe

Yes, multi-GPU configuration does use more power but it also gives almost double the performance of single GPU.
For gaming, it's better to use one single powerful GPU than 2 weak GPUs since most games doesn't support dual-GPU setup.

Sir I'm wondering
if if should go lower MOBO to MSI z170a gaming 5
then increase mg GPU to MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8GB

Gives me more option to sli for future upgrade

ASUS MAXIMUS HERO
MSI GTX 1060 3gb

or

MSI z170 GAMING 5
MSI GTX 1070 8 gb

I'd go with MSI Z170A Gaming M5 MoBo and MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G GPU. This way, you can play at 1440p with ease, extend the longevity of your gaming PC (due to the better GPU), get a nice black & red theme inside your build and like you said, you have the ability to go for SLI in the future.

Btw, MSI MoBo has a lot of good features, including 2x M.2 SSD slots, 3-way SLI support, red LEDs to match the MoBo's black & red theme and few other features as well. Oh, you can also use Intel's newest Kably Lake CPUs on your MoBo if your BIOS is version 1.C or newer. If it's not, you can update the BIOS by yourself to get the support for Kaby Lake CPUs.

I got MSI Z170A Gaming M5 MoBo in my Skylake build and i love the MoBo. (Full specs of my Skylake build in my sig.)
In the matter of fact, in the future, i'm planning to go with 2x MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G on a 2-way SLI on my Skylake build. My Seasonic PRIME 650 can easily handle my i5-6600K and 2-way SLI of GTX 1070 with 100+ watts to spare.
