AMD drivers have stopped working, never had an AMD card...?

I have never ever had an AMD card, or installed drivers for them, but I got the message after my monitor went black, "AMD drivers have stopped working."
I am confused?

Not going to lie, that has me completely flummoxed. Display going black means the GPU stopped outputting a signal, if you never installed any AMD card/ driver there is no possibility that you could get that notification.

I'd suggest running something like MBAM.

Yeah, built it awhile ago

64-bit OS Windows 7 Professional
i7-4770 3.4GHz
24GB RAM (unsure of the brand, I think corsair, not sure though)
NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB
Z87M-PLUS motherboard(?)
Unsure of power supply brand, but it's 750W
