Either one of those systems is good only for one thing. Grandma to play Solitaire and watch YouTube videos on cooking recipes. Some things might be salvaged like the 1Tb hdds, or maybe the 2x4Gb 1600 ram, but you are looking at $20 apiece for those at best and maybe $20 for the i7. The logisys pc probably comes with a logisys psu, it'd be worth it to pay you to throw it away, they are that bad. You'd be lucky to get $100 for either at a flea market. The biggest problem with Win Edu is its key being tied to the school/University. Periodically those keys get revisited, revamped, returned to/by Microsoft, which can make them invalid. Probably around the same. These are old systems you're listing that don't hold much value.

at most 100$ considering it is a defunct LGA1366 system

I would give 50$, refurbish it and give it away to a charity to give to poor student.
