Need a 200 dollar budget gaming pc build

I have a micro-atx case and a power supply and because this is a gaming PC I will also need a GPU for the build nothing big just a Video Card that can handle something like battlefield 4 at medium I was thinking about the MSI AMD R7 250 for the build but the hard part of this build is the CPU and motherboard for me

There's one problem for me going with a chip like that they may be cheap chips but the motherboards are expensive like 150-200 dollars for one.
