Hi guys! So i overclocked my 6600k today and I encountered this problem. see here
After several of that on/off loop, windows will somehow boot. But everytime I restart, or turn on the pc, it will first do that on/off. This exact event killed 1 of 3 psus ive tried.
Clearly this is not psu problem.
My specs if it helps:
I5 6600k
Msi z170a Krait gaming
2x8 trident z

Solution
You can do ClearCMOS 1st, the best way OC is to figure out how high voltage related setting and cooling capacity of your build.
Before you play on speed (multiplier + BCLK), try gradually increase voltage related setting (Vcore Vdimm, etc), the 1st stage is to pass POST screen and windows boot, after that stressing with i.e. Prime95 or AIDA, the idea is to get your system freeze and stutter free.
You gave us pic of POST failure, IDK what PSU you've killed, usually good PSU has over power protection, so when your system draw more than PSU rated, the PSU will shutdown.
