Well, if you call 30-40fps for Bf1 at FulllHD as "easily performs"....

You are talking of an oudated Cpu, Gpu and Mobo, i somewhat like the case and the PSU is not bad but you need to known how much old it is becuause the PSU capaitors could dry up.

I would pay maybe a couple of hundreds, 250 if i like the case.

For gamming is maybe one of the worst systems you could purchase:
- The GT710 GeForce is a really low-tier gpu and somewhat old, you must at least need a Gtx 770 (of the same generation) to get a decent card for today standards.
- The FX-8350 8-core cpu is also a bad choice, too much cores (and slow one) with bad performance in single threaded applications, for gamming is even better a modern i3 with only 2 cores.
- The HD is i think from 2013-2014 that's some years for an item that with phisical wear altought propably it could work still several years and is too smal for today standards (that's the capacity you could hope from a SSD), the problem is the mix, a very small sice and several years at back made it a wrong choice in my oppinion.

Well, deppends on the country but:
- I will search for a i3-6100 if new or could find a second hand one (100$ more or less new currently) or a second hand i5-4xxx.
- A cheap MB, for the i3 a H110, thats more or less 50$ (new).
- For that price, well 8Gb of Ram is nice but probably would need to go to 4gb if new and not second hand (Ram is expensive right now)
- The Gpu is the best problem you could aim for a 4 years second hand 770 for ~100$ more or less, if not my best option would be a new Rx 470 for 170$

For example something like this (are new pieces, not second handed and are alightly over your budget, 450$) not by best choices but you are really low on budget.

In games you would get more or less 20% less performance from the FX-6300 agains a i3 6100 (but you will get 6 cores agains only 2 on the i3) but i found it more balanced.

It's a bit short on some areas (4Gb ram is on the fringe of being low for today standards), but you have 4 Ram slots, you could allways upgrade in the future.

The GTX 1050 Ti is a good one in his tier, altought you pay a bit premium over a GTX 1050 and both are really a setp down from a 470, but the three are good cards.

Yes, i like that build more than the previous ones and i would pay ~400$ for it.
