my problem is that everythings turns on, even the monitor's input description on screen corner goes off like if were detecting some signal but no image and no beeping,tried 4 diferent working dimms from other pc and still nothing, started pc without memory installed and the beeping started as supposed to be,cleared cmos,etc.

When you ask for help, you are better to post what hardware you had. Then we can take look at it, because the problem maybe from hardware, software, or something else.

I have other qestion your other pc is dell or other brand. I guess the RAM maybe not compatible to that Genuine dell MB, because I guess you just bought that dell MB, it may or may not have the BIOS for your cpu.
You are better go to local PC shop ask for help. In this way they may solve your problem, otherwise we will have hard time to make the guess, because we can test for you. Sorry.
