27 Inches at 1080p is somewhat strange for me. How far will monitor be from you ?
Because 27 inch could look ugly @ 1080p closer.
Also if you increase the resolution, you may need a better GPU/CPU.
So far if you go for 1080p you can get :
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WVmmQV
Leaving you around 200-300$ for monitor.
Even that can be improved, if you can decide which monitor, since GPU can be changed to 1070 if you go over 1080p.
Or maybe CPU changed to i5-7600k.
Cant actually offer ya monitor, since i am not sure what games are you going to play, and definitely not sure if 27"is suitable for 1080p.
Can you describe more specifically, games that you are going to play and maybe the total workload on this PC ?
How far you will be from monitor and form factor that you want ?

That should be a very decent PC for 1080p gaming :) No issues, as long as you remember to buy DDR3L ram.

However I would suggest that yo upgrade your mobo, to one that can handle DDR4, instead. That should give you a bit of extra performance, and if you look around a little, it should be possible to find something in the same price range.

Have you bought any parts already ?
Yes 1050 TI will be compatible with that board.
About PSU you should go with something that's 550W from tier 1 or 2 : http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Usually FSP Hydro G is available for nice price and if you think that's over your budget you can go with Seasonic s12ii 620w, since price difference btw 550 and 620 Seasonic is usually trivial.
