When playing any games what so ever my computer shuts of and restarts at random times from 1 min to an hour or it just runs fine like normal, but it shuts off 70% of the time wich is so annoying to deal with, all my temps are fine and i've cleaned out my computer just to see if that works, my desktop is probably 1 year old and this problem just suddenly started to happen out of the blue.. could it maybe help to restore my computer and just reinstall windows and everything?

No blue screens or errors messages? Your specs would be helpful. If it just abruptly restarts with no error message or anything my first guess would be a power related issue, which would be even more likely if you are using an inadequate or very low quality power supply.
I've switched an option to not allow my computer to restart if My cpu overheats or fails.. seems to have helped for some people but could also harm the cpu.. fuck it

You could borrow a better PSU from a friend or something to test the rest of your components.

Why would you do that? Terrible idea. What are your cpu temps under load? That is not a solution to anything and could very well kill your cpu and/or your motherboard if your overheating.
