Mouse doesn't load up properly on startup works fine after unplug/replug

I'm fairly certain it's a super simple issue, I've changed nothing BUT the mouse in my system at all and haven't downloaded anything new lately. But my old mouse started dying out on me in the middle of usage it'd just turn off LED and everything sometimes never even come back on til an unplug and replug so I grabbed my replacement mouse, this would happen multiple times in just one hour of play. Now the problem is whenever windows 7 starts up I have to unplug it once and then plug it back in and bam no issues til the system turns off again.

How is the mouse? Make and model? Same as the replacement mouse you use?

Try the mouse (mice) on another computer - see if the "dying out" continues.

Download the applicable mouse drivers via the manufacturer's website.

Look at the mouse's User Guide/Manual - find out what the LED indicates and what that may mean when the LED is off.

This mouse is the original problem, and it DOES die out on any computer it's placed into but I don't know what my replacement mouse is. Got it from a friend but the info on the mouse says: Lumsing Wired Mouse, LS-M03 (Model) << This is the mouse that's refusing to work until unplugged and replugged.
