A fan in the case randomly stops working for a sec then starts right damn away, its either the cpu fan or the case fan i cant tell since this happens really fast, And the sound that is makes is the exact same when the pc boots up and when i disconnect both of them and reconnect them it doesn't make that sound, nothing happens on the screen tho but is it something to worry about?

Solution
I wouldn't be too worried about it. It could either be a bios issue with motherboard or the settings of your fans in which ever software is being used to control it. Either way, as long as your fans are moving during full load, you don't have anything to worry about.
