A few months ago my friends (it was a gift) built me a new PC on a relatively low PC budget (my old computer was rubbish and had a GPU from 2006). Now that I have managed to get some money my-self, I am looking to upgrade my PC. However, I am limited to the fact I can only upgrade one the parts. Taking in the fact I enjoy gaming, which part should I upgrade?

CPU: AMD A4-6300 with Radeon HD graphics 3.7 GHz Dual

GPU: Nvdia GeForce GT730 2GB
Details: http://prntscr.com/dzep44

RAM: 4GB

Operating system: 64 bit

If you need anymore details feel free to ask.

Hey man, wow I bet that was a big upgrade! It really depends on what kind of games you play. Really that dual core is holding you back a ton. As long as your not playing triple A titles that 4GB of ram will do fine. I would suggest a CPU upgrade. Since i'm guessing you're on the FM2 socket heres a trust cpu, although the FM2 socket is becoming a little outdated. https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/Processors/AMD-Athlon-Quad-Core-Desktop-Processor/B00MU00IOQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1485202029&sr=8-1&keywords=fm2+cpu

But don't count me on it, i'm no professional and would leave it to the experts.

Hope that helps.

As a person who doesn't mind playing on the absolute minimum settings, would it be applicable to do a cpu/ram upgrade rather than a GPU upgrade? Also, sometime in the future I am looking to record some of my gameplay. Does this affect any of your answers?
