Yes. Leave some room for negotiation. Nothing less that $450. $480 if they negotiate. Settle on $475.

The Win 10 disc is a good addition. Can always bail them out should the unthinkable happen. They have everything they need to get to gaming. With a 1050 TI 4GB that would be a solid mid-range build. Entry level as it sits with the 750.
