Upgrade the video card.
Some suitable options:
RX 480 (4GB/8GB VRAM, won't need much more than 4 for 1080p 60fps, but might want 8 fore future games or 1440p 60fps+)
GTX 1060 (3GB/6GB VRAM, get 6)
