Will this work without bottle necking my system

Hello I was looking around for a new graphics card. And I found this

A Geforce 1060 It looks really good and will fit in my case perfectly. But do you think my current specs will bottle neck it?

- AMD Athlon X4 860K processor
- 16GB savage Hyperx Ram
- f2a68hm-hd2 gigabyte motherboard
- My PSU should have enough power I think its 550 watts or an 750 watts

If it will bottleneck the graphic card could you possible suggest another graphics card which is compatible (with an amazon link please :) )

I would say you would be fine purchasing that card. Your processor is easily a weak point in your system, and in certain games you will encounter a bottleneck.
However, it would still be worth the purchase, and if you upgrade down the line it would be useful.

A lot depends on the games you play. A game like Rise of the Tomb Raider will run better on that 1060 than a 1050 Ti. That's because your CPU is enough for the game, and performance rests on how powerful the GPU is. Other games that use the CPU more are not going to perform better with the 1060.
