HDD Drive Not Recognized on File Explorer Only

Hi there Harvard21,
You can go to Disk Management and see if the drive is over there.
If this is a new drive and if it is recognized over there, you will need to initialize -> partition and format the drive.

Buy aside from that, if you have another computer, test the hard drive in that and get back to me.
