The GTX 960 is roughly the same performance level as the GTX 1050 Ti, depending on the game.

You won't find a "new" card better than the GTX 750 Ti for $100. But being as how you are shopping ebay, you might find a $100 used card that will do the job. The 280/285 or 390 should allow max settings/smooth gameplay using the Vulkan API @ 1080p easily. But the stock 475W PSU might be marginal for those cards.

The ~$135 1050 Ti (new) can easily run Ultra settings with Vulkan @ 1080p... if you want to save up and add some extra cash to the gift certificate.

Best suggestion. (Those cards you mentioned are very power hungry) of you can sneak another $25 a GTX 960 would be an awesome upgrade (around $125) you can sell you 750ti for $50-60 most likely. That would be my choice. Assuming you had the proper hook ups on your power supply I couldn't find anything on what connectors it has. A 960 will use a lot less power.
