I bought an SSD with 550 Read 530 Write speed.
I Checked my read and write speed (With SSD) And Read was 260 Write was 84...
Is there an way to increase this Without upgrading my motherboard ect.
(I Have SATA I)

Solution
Since you have an old core 2 quad cpu and you're getting read speeds of 260 MB/s, you have Sata II. Max theoretical speed is 300 MB/s on this bus. Consequently, you're getting the best speeds you can get with an old pc and a very low end SSD. Nothing else you can do. Just know that it's still significantly better than a HDD. Here's a review of the OCZ TL100 for your reference: http://www.thessdreview.com/featured/toshiba-ocz-tl100-ssd-review-120gb240gb/
The Sata v1.0 spec max's out at 150MB/s. Thus, I'm questioning if you really have Sata I.

What program did you use to measure your SSD speeds?

Also, note that the 550 read and 530 write specs are theoretical max specs. Under normal use, many SSD's won't come close to meeting these max specs.

Okay. I'm not really sure it was SATA I but it's an old-ish computer so i guessed :)
