I purchased a wireless security camera with a monitor to setup in my barn for foaling, but the signal won't reach my house :(
It should be more than enough range but I think the metal clad building hinders my signal. Ive moved the cameras around and got signal if its close to a window etc. Is there a way to boost the signal using antenae? There are small removable ones on the cameras and the monitor. Not sure what other options I have other than buying a wifi one instead. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
The cameras operate on (unlicensed) 2.4GHz band, the same one used by WiFi routers. So, an pair of antennae labeled for 2.4GHz band should work.

If it was me, I would not purchase this kit (starting with Chinglish description, ending with "features" - it's a joke).
It would help a lot if you post model of that camera (a picture with label seen will do a lot).
You should see on the spec what frequency your camera operates on, this will help in selecting the proper antennae.

Going WiFi will not help (unless you have wired Ethernet connection between the barn and the house).
