Hey I have a gtx 1070 superclocked, 8gb of ddr3 ram, an fx-8350 and a m5a97 R2.0 motherboard. Typically I get around 250 fps on csgo but the other day I decided to overclock my gpu. I turned the gpu capabilities all the way up and the fans became loud so I set it back to default. After doing this overclock however my pc can barely run and i am getting 10fps max on csgo. Did I damage a part of my pc or did I get a virus. Thanks you!

Did you scale the Overclock back? The Number 1 rule in overclocking is BABYSTEPS!!!!! It's very possible that you have damaged your GPU by just cranking the settings all the way up. Any overclock should be done in small increments, with only changing 1 thing at a time. GPU frequency, test, ok good, CPU frequency up a little more, Oh stability problems, bump up voltage a little bit see if it helps, if so, monitor heat, if heat OK, bump GPU frequency a gain.... Lather Rinse Repeat until you come across your hardware's max abilities.

I only turned all the setting up for a few hours before turning them back down. I played pc for a solid 3 days after oc and it played fine. However as I said 3 days later the pc became very slow. I have a radeon 480 I can put in my pc to test out if it is my gpu

You need to do it in the BIOS for the most stable / accurate steps. Achieving a proper stable OC takes a LOT of time. In order for me to get to my max OC, it took me almost 2 weeks, with working at it a couple of hours each day.
