minecraft with low fps in a powerful pc

Hi!
today i try to play minecraft again ,there is like 1 year that i dont play minecraft, in the time lapse i buy a gaming computer so i said wow now i have an powerful pc so i can run minecraft easily
when i start playing i hit F3 and i saw that i have 40- 50 fps i dont know why please help

pc specs:
i5 4460
8gb RAM
GTX 1070 8 GB asus turbo
msi z97 pc mate

If you press F3 you can see a lot of stuff and it can be confusing, but if you look to the right, you can see which graphics card it runs on. If it says something like: intel HD graphics or basically anything other than nVidia gtx 1070 you have to fix that. You could try to change it in the nvidia control panel but thats never worked for me, so i recomend just right clicking the minecraft on your desktop and selecting "run with graphics processor" or whatever its called in english. With that you will force minecraft to use the nvidia card instead of the integrated graphics.
