So I recently built a pc and its been about a week. At the time after I built it the temps were around 50c at idle. Now there at 80c and over a 100c when gaming. I have reapplied thermal paste and made sure heat sinks make contact with cpu. I even got a few different after market coolers. Lastly I made sure the voltage was low. Any other ideas? These are all brand new parts and I know there is a small chance that the hardware is the reason that this is happening but i'd like to try everything I can before I send it back.

Usually high temps are due to improper installation of the heatsink or way too much thermal paste was used....or not enough.
What heatsink do you have? Stock or after market?
