I have a SIMM G41 D3 Mobo with 775 socket which runs on 800 MHz default but is marked with 800/1066/1333 MHz , so I want to upgrade my bios, and the Mobo manufacturer has shut down the production(I think) coz nothing about the motherboard is mentioned on its website, so kindly help me by providing latest bios, or get me links where I can read about OC'ing the rig, thankyou.

Solution
The RAM speed might be at 800 because your RAM modules are 800mhz instead of 1066/1333.

To OC your CPU you could follow this guide:

http://hexus.net/tech/tech-explained/cpu/9808-intel-core-2-duo-basic-overclocking-guide-beginners/

Basically raise the FSB in small increments (5-10mhz per attempt) stress test and repeat the process until it fails to boot, raise your vcore to the next possible value and repeat all the process until reaching the desired speed / hitting your CPU OC limit. Make sure your temps stay under 65ºC.
