is .8 vcore on idle too high on my i5 6600k?

i overclocked my i5 6600k to 4.4ghz, i have all cstates enabled to save power and my cpu downclocks to 800mhz at idle, however i am getting .800vcore on idle, is that too high? how can i change this? my power option is set to balanced. thanks

Seems consistent with mine. Mine goes to 0.744V. Likely you are not at a full idle and have background applications running. Check the task manager.
