1 4-pin Chassis Fan Connector with 3 3-pin Fans

How do I make this work? It's an AsRock H110m hdv. How do I connect 3 chassis fans to it?

If there's only one header for case fans, you can either use a 3 way splitter (3 fans should be fine off one mobo header) or you can opt to use a molex to fan splitter and power them directly from the psu. Of course you can also use in line voltage reducers to mod the voltage to 7v for slower speed or use some sort of fan controller.

The fans are 3 pins, will they work with a splitter that has 4 pins? or should I get a 4 pin to 3 pin
