No, with a decent GPU you might be able to run them on a combination of high and medium settings.
If you do get a new GPU you will need a more powerful PSU such as an EVGA SuperNOVA G2 series.

It has an integrated R7 series GPU (can't think which one off the top of my head). The standalone R7 series GPU's arent the best to start with and so the cut down integrated version will struggle with most things demanding. You will probably be able to run things on Medium with your current setup but will struggle with games like BF1 and GTA.

I'd recommend something such as an RX460/1050Ti. If you're tight on budget you could pick up an older 750Ti/R9 290 that would certainly boost your performance.

The 7600 already has an R7 series GPU integrated so there is little point in buying another R7 card. As i said an RX460/1050Ti would be a little powerhouse.
You would most likely need to upgrade your PSU to atleast a 500w just to be on the safe side. Something from the EVGA G2/Corsair CXM series would be perfect.
