Bent pins on Rampage V

So, I got a problem.
I received my new board in the post the other day. It was a second hand R5E with an EK monoblock included. However, when I opened it, there were a few issues.
Firstly, one of the pins is bent.
Secondly, the block was not completely sealed and a little drop of water has leaked onto the PCB.
Thirdly, the chipset, socket and some other parts are covered in weird orange dust.
After receiving the board, I messaged the seller, who told me it worked when it left, and it was damaged in the post.
The dust can probably be wiped off, and the liquid will dry, but the bent pin is a big issue.
So my question is:
Do I put my new CPU in it to test? I don't want to risk a brand new 6800k, incase the pin short circuits it or something.
Or do I send it to ASUS for a replacement/repair? I don't even know if they have a transferable warranty, and apparently their entire warranty service is a joke.
Or do I take it to a computer specialist to get it fixed?

You can check if it was registered and if the warranty is still active, but these days, all warrantys are crap so unless you have a good story to make up of how the pin was bent, they're not going to take it. I would say take it to a IT store and see what they'll say, sometimes the pin may be bent so much, that if you try to straight it, it will break off, which at that point, it's either leaving it bent, or breaking it off, there's no fix for it. You can try it yourself, but that's also always risky and I never recommend for anyone without expirence to do something like this on their own.

If it is only a single pin, it is usually quite easy to straighten it, I used a needle and a magnifier several times and managed to straighten each one of them. But real PITA is when you have multiple bent pins. Your call - but I'd certainly try to straighten it. It only takes a few minutes and steady hands.
