Hello brothers, I have a computer Lenovo Think Center Tower
Specs,
Core2Quad Q8300 2.5GHZ
4GB RAM
64BIT
Windows 10
Well, my issue is my computer temprature touches 80-90 if open my browser or run a game please help me?

Check the CPU cooler for dirt and dust buildup. Make sure the cooler is still mounted properly. You may need to remove the CPU and reapply thermal paste.

Hello :). First off when asking about PCs it's always best to offer as much info as possible. There is the 700, 800, 900(93) and other Lenovo Think Center Towers. You stand a better chance of receiving the best solution for your problem.

You need to remove your heat sink and fan combo. It normally involves lifting a lever and possibly removing a couple screws if the heatsink/fan combo is installed over the CPU with screws. You would then use a cleaner https://www.amazon.com/Arctic-Silver-Thermal-Compound-ArctiClean/dp/B002DILLMS to remove the old thermal compound from the base of the heatsink and the surface of the CPU lid. After that you appl;y a wee bit of the thermal compound and reinstall your heatsink/fan combo. Make sure you set the heatsink on the CPU VERY carefully. Do not lift it up once you set it down. Not looking to create bubble or smear some onto the sides of the CPU. More is NOT better. You can look to Youtube for how to apply thermal compound/grease/paste. Should this procedure prove too difficult or if you simply don't want to do it I would contact your local PC doctor and have them replace the thermal compound for you.

I tried using thermal paste but while playing game it's still 70-82 before it was like to cross 85 -95 but now improved but not good i think 70-85 is not good while playing game I applied thermal paste but nothing happened much -_- anything else or 70-85 is good for playing game in core2quad because TJ Max is 100C?
