I recently upgraded my CPU and Motherboard around a week ago. After I brought it home and attempted to load up any game, the computer black screens with broken audio on the speakers and I have to cut the power off to restart it. Also occurs after playing a video for about 10-15 minutes but will crash instantly if it tries to load up the graphics for a game.

Previous build was the following:
CPU: AMD A8-5500
Motherboard: MSI 2AE0
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270x (2Gb)
RAM: 1600Mhz DDR3 4GB (x2 sticks)
PSU: 750W Thermaltake Bronze 80+
OS: Windows 8.1

Current build:
CPU: AMD 8350 w/ Wraith cooler
Motherboard: Ga-78LMT-USB3 rev6.0
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270x (2Gb)
RAM: 1600Mhz DDR3 4GB (x2 sticks)
PSU: 1000W EVGA Gold 80+
OS: Windows 8.1

What I have tried:
- Upgraded PSU
- Completely uninstalled all Display Drivers and reinstalled from disk
- Lowered RAM speed in the bios to 1333MHz
- Checked CPU and GPU temperature and they are both constantly below 45C
- Bios is up to date
(I have not overclocked anything)

Should also note, after the display turns off, the GPU fans stop spinning then turn back on about 2-3 seconds later then turn off again, then back on until I cut the power to restart the computer manually.

Ended up putting together the old Mobo, old CPU, and old PSU together with a backed up version of the hard drive and a 2Gb stick. Inserted the GPU and it ran just fine.

I am unable to find any solutions anywhere else so any input would be appreciated.
