what is the Memory Frequency supported with Core i7 Kaby Lake?

in Intel ARK they say core i7 supports memories with 2400 MHz sp if I bought memories with 2800 MHz frequency it will not work I have to overclock ?

I think it should work fine. Go with 2400mhz if that makes you sleep better at night. Nothing will happen other than the RAM will kinda 'downclock' the 2800mhz RAM to 2400mhz but it won't affect it that much, it will only affect the frequency a little.

so if I bought an memory with 3333 MHz it will work fine in 2400 no 3333, but if I wanted to have its full frequency I need to overclock ?

No, overclocking will not make that much of a difference. The cpu uses the amount of RAM frequency it is designed to use. You should also check your motherboard that has a limit too.
