Hey!
I have a Lenovo PC:
-IntelCore i3 3240t 2.90 GHz
-4 Gb RAM
-Intel HD Graphics 2500

Looking games that will run ok on this PC!
On this PC i play Europa Universalis 4, RimWorld, CS GO (low resolution and low graphics),League of Legends, Minecraft, Team Fortress 2, i played Far Cry 2 (i dont remind the settings)...

PS: I use google translate :p

I highly recommend that you check out portal and portal 2. If you can run CS:GO then you can definitely run Portal.

Besides that, here is a list of games that are entertaining and that you will be able to run:
Garry's Mod, Little Inferno, Antichamber, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (not SE), Factorio, and Papers Please.

In the future, if you are a bit skeptical as to if you can run a game or not, please use, "Can You Run It". http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri
