i have 2 kingston rams 1333 MHz and when i increased it to 1600 MHz it gave me a long beep and the computer didn't boot up then i raised the voltage from 1.500 to 1.600 and it worked fine should i raise voltage more or what should i do with the voltage ?

You are increasing heat generated when upping voltage to 1.6 and that will shorten the RAM life. That would require RAM cooling and its just not worth that expense.
Best is to get a kit the frequency and GB you desire as a single kit that have been tested by the MB manufacturer and listed on the QVL list.
