My GTX 980 have been changing core speed while gaming in cs go because im playing with black bars and that makes the game very easy on the gpu making it wanting to save power :/
The problem is that i have been getting lag spikes after i got the gpu and i just want to make sure this is not the problem. did not have any problem with my r9 280.
Could this be the problem and is there anyway to lock the speed of the graphics card?
I have been checking temperatures aswell and no problems there.
