wich one of these ssds are better?
money and capacity are not important
speed , stability , temprutare and life time are important to me
Samsung 960 evo 250g

Since you say cost doesn't matter, get the Samsung 960 Pro. The Plextor drive tends to run hotter just because of the component it uses. The heatspreader on the G version might help but the Samsung is still probably better overall.
