I'm connected through Ethernet cable but my internet connection still sucks. All my drivers are up to date and I've tried looking through the router settings but nothing. Can anyone help me improve my connection because i don't even know what i can do now :?

how do you get your internet? if its DSL you must use short cables and must be connected to the master telephone socket with NO extension cables!
Check your computer's Device Manager and look at the network adapter settings. If you are using an Intel network adapter, look at the power settings and see if the one "Energy Efficient Internet" is checked. If so, uncheck it.
