XMP is On, i should see Bios!

Hi guys.
Recently I turned on XMP in bios. but after restarting, windows is not booting automatically.
I have one SSD and one HDD. boot priority has been changed to HDD!
I changed boot priority, but it didn't work.
What should I do?
