Okay, so you probably saw a ton of these, so did I, but I did not find any solution in previus forums.
So --- Example:ARK: Survival evolved

Guy gets about 40 frames per second on epic 1080p
Im getting 15 fps on epic 1680 * 1050

we have the same gpu ( I have asus model, while he has founders edition ), he has i5 4690k with 3.5 Ghz - while im having fx 8120 with 3.11Ghz. We both have 8gigs of ram. Im not either having thermal or power throttling since my gpu is at constant 50 C* and I have 620 watts.

okay - you're thinking " bottleneck" - well, my cpu usage is always under 50 % ( game uses 8 cores ) memory usage is always below 80 % with 1633Hz. But - gpu usage is rarely 100%, but even then framerate doesnt go up.

sorry for grammar mistakes, if you have any ideas suggest them ! Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Sorry, but there *is* a big difference between an 8120 and a 4690k in benchmarks.

If your drivers and temperatures are up to date, you should test the GPU with a benchmark tool and/or other games. Or test with lower settings - Epic is absolutely brutal in this game.

Optimization is better than this since these benchmarks and you're playing at a resolution with 17% fewer pixels, but I'm not convinced your performance is grossly out of line with expectations. At the very least, it would make sense to test the game with settings...

At the very least, it would make sense to test the game with settings that the game has actually been benchmarked at (settings for that above CPU benchmark are below)
